    The HellingHöfe are located in the Mainz-Kastel district of Wiesbaden – on a site between Wiesbadener Straße, Eleonorenstraße, and An der Helling. The neighborhood is located directly on the banks of the Rhine and borders a public park with a playground.

    Thanks to their southwest orientation, the buildings open generously toward the Rhine and Mainz. This location allows for optimal natural light and unobstructed views over the river – both from the apartments and from large parts of the commercial space.
